Carom terms of use
Last updated October 17, 2026
Carom is a free game run by . By playing you accept these terms. They're short, and written to be read.
The game
- Carom is free: there are no purchases and no ads.
- It's offered as it is. We do our best to keep it running, but it can change, have bugs or stop, and we can't promise it will always be available.
Your account
- You need an account to play on the website, and you need to be at least 14 to create one.
- Keep your password to yourself. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.
Play fair
- Don't cheat, don't use bots or scripts, and don't try to break the game or the leaderboard.
- Pick names for yourself and your leagues that aren't offensive, don't pretend to be someone else, and don't contain other people's personal details.
- Be decent in challenges and leagues: they're for having fun with friends.
- Maps you publish must be your own work, and their names must follow the same rules as your name. You can report a map from its page; we can remove any map that breaks these rules.
- If someone breaks these rules, we can change their name, remove their results or delete their account.
Chalk and items
Chalk and the items in the shop are part of the game. They have no money value: they can't be bought, sold or exchanged. If a bug or cheating gives someone chalk or items they shouldn't have, we can correct it.
Invites, online challenges and donations
- When a friend signs up with your invite link and plays their first table, you get 50 chalk, for up to 10 friends. Fake accounts made only to collect chalk break these terms.
- Online challenges are open to any signed-in player. They're just for fun: like challenges with friends, they don't give chalk and don't count for the leaderboard.
- Donations ("Buy me a coffee") are voluntary gifts to support the game. They happen on the donation site, don't unlock anything in Carom and don't buy any service.
Responsibility
Carom is a free game, so as far as the law allows we're not responsible for indirect damage or for data lost because of a technical problem. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.
Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you live in another country of the European Union, you keep the protections of your own country's consumer law.

Termini d'uso di Carom
Ultimo aggiornamento: 17 ottobre 2026
Carom è un gioco gratuito gestito da . Giocando accetti questi termini.
Inviti, sfide online e donazioni
